We are sometimes able to offer prospective tenants an option to purchase
one of our rental properties
for an agreed price at a specific time in the future. If you have had some credit problems in
the past but they are now sorted although you can not currently
get a mortgage, are in regular paid work, have
good employer and landlord references, "rent
to buy" may suit you. If you are new to the country and haven't
built up your credit rating or established your citizenship this
will give you the chance to save for a home while living in it and
working towards the future purchase. You will hear this called "Rent to Buy" and is a great way to work towards
owning your home. These properties range from one bedroom studio apartments to three and
four bedroom detached houses in town and country locations. We are also able to
offer a finding service on a percentage fee basis to try and locate a suitable
property for you.
