Are you interested in finding out how to make good money in the property business?

You can earn in excess of £1000 or more a month by utilising your spare time between family or study commitments. This is not a get rich quick scheme, and it may require a substantial initial amount of time, research and determination. We provide most of the training, business contacts, materials and resources for you.

We need a number of people to help us expand our business in the main towns and cities of the South West of England. Initially between Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Exeter, Gloucester, Swindon, Reading, Salisbury and Oxford. Please call us if nearby, elsewhere as we may be moving into your area soon.

You will need to be well organised, determined, able to work with numbers and record the results of enquiries onto either paper or computer forms. The ability to use the telephone, listen to and talk with people that are in difficult personal situations and to be understanding, professional and sympathetic are essential. You will need to be able to use a computer to research on the internet and to keep records of contacts and relevant information. Talking to other businesses owners and workers may increase your earnings. Much of the paper and computer work can be done in a small corner of your own home.

You are likely to be assigned a particular area near to you or that is convenient for your lifestyle. Part of your essential work will be in generating enquiries by organising and validating the delivery of leaflets door to door, local shop advertising, contacting trade workers (window cleaners, milkmen, post men & women, catalogue agents etc. etc.) to help you find suitable properties for us to purchase, let, refurbish and / or resell. You will learn crucial techniques about property investing using our experience and information. You will form many great new business relations with a wide range of enterprises, especially estate agents and letting companies in the locality.

You will earn a substantial commission (currently either £200 Leafleting or £500 Finders) on every property in your area that we successfully purchase once all the legal paperwork is complete. Initially this will be a set fee per property but once we have established a good working relationship, it is likely to be on a more advantageous % commission basis.

If you consider that a terraced or semi-detached house may be purchased for between £90k and £250k and you could be getting 0.5% or more, as a research assistant finders fee that would be between £450 and £1250 in your pocket for each deal secured! Just one property a month could earn you £12500 in a year! The more time and effort that you put into this, the more money you are likely to get out of it!
